INITIAL EVALUATION AND PLACEMENT
Upon initial evaluation athletes are assigned to the appropriate groups and instructors.

We center on high-quality dynamic warm-ups, careful first-rate high intensity age appropriate training, and proper warm down and stretching routines. This helps to avoid both chronic and acute injury that can happen in high intensity speed, agility, and plyometric training.
