Trying new things, like a new route to work, or taking a yoga class, helps to get you out of a rut and routine. It makes things more exciting. Possibly one of the most important things is to get enough hours of sleep every night. Your body and mind both need the rest, and you will wake up feeling refreshed and ready to start a new day.
