Edge Physical Therapy specializes in Orthopedic Physical Therapy focusing on the musculoskeletal system including rehabilitation after orthopedic surgery.

Little Athletes (Camp)

(Ages 1-3) Parents and toddlers participate in an parent and me style class based on sports themes. Parents must participate.

M/W, Monthly, 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.

sports challenge (camp)

(Ages 8-13) Learn the basics of 6 sports including basketball, football, soccer, volleyball, and more. Try a new sport each week and find the one you love!

Saturdays, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

intro to volleyball (camp)

(Ages 8-13) Learn the fundamentals of volleyball both on the court and on the sand. Learn passing, setting, serving, hitting, and more.

M/W, 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

volleyball academy (class)

(Ages 8-14) Intermediate to advanced volleyball skills, strategy, and game play. Includes 2 days a week of Victory Training.

T/TH, Monthly 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Beach volleyball junior tournament training (class)

(Ages 8-14) Learn Beach Volleyball from college and professional athletes. Beginner to intermediate players learn passing, serving, setting, and hitting. Players also learn Beach Volleyball rules and game/tournament strategy. Includes athletic performance training. Tournaments available for an extra charge. (Must tryout to be placed in a group)

M/W, Monthly 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Beach volleyball Advanced tournament training (class)

(Ages 8-18) Advanced beach volleyball skills, strategy, and game play. Players train to play in beach tournaments. Includes unlimited Performance Training.  (Must tryout to be placed in a group) – Multiple Sessions -Call for information.

Multiple Days, Monthly, Multiple Times. Call.

Football skills (camp)

(ALL AGES) Learn football skills for all positions. Includes individual and group drills and competition. Athletes will be divided by age. Also includes strength, speed, and agility work.

T/TH, 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. –

Basketball development (class)

(Ages 8-13) Beginner to intermediate basketball skills, strategy and game play. Includes 2 days a week of Victory Training to develop athletic performance to complement skills training.

TBA, Monthly, 5:00 to 6:30 p.m.

* Includes 2 Victory Training workouts per week to be scheduled separately based on ability.


Strength (CLASS)

(Ages 8-18+) Functional movement & strength movements for younger athletes as well as weight lifting for more advanced athletes. Sessions include strengthening core, improving balance, coordination, and agility. Advanced athletes will learn Olympic and sports specific techniques.

M/T/W/TH, Monthly, 7:00 to 8:00 p.m.

Functional movement (CLASS)

(Ages 8-18+) Fundamentals of form based on strengthening your core with purposeful movement that will continue into the more advanced classes and levels.

M/T/W/TH, Monthly, 6:00 to 7:00 p.m.

Flexible strength (CLASS)

(Ages 8-18+) Unlock your explosiveness by improving your flexibility and mobility. Maximize your power while improving your recovery times.

M/T/W/TH, Monthly, 7:00 to 8:00 p.m.

Dynamic speed (CLASS)

(Ages 8-18+) learn the fundamentals of proper running form. Not only track athletes benefit from better running technique. Friday recovery at 4:00.

T/TH, Monthly, 5:00 to 6:00 p.m.
M/W. Monthly 6:00 to 7:00 p.m.

Jump (CLASS)

(Ages 8-18+) Improve your vertical both in and off season with this advanced class focused on improving flexibility and strength to improve your jump. Friday recovery at 4:00.

M/T/W/TH, Monthly, 5:00 to 6:00 p.m.
T/TH. Monthly 6:00 to 7:00 p.m.

baseball + arm care (CLASS)

(Ages 8-18) Train position and pitching based movements, improve core, back, and lower body to improve pitching movements. Includes injury prevention, flexibility, & recovery. Also, includes physical therapist treatment and evaluations for arm care.

M/W, Monthly, 6:00 to 7:00 p.m.

figure skaters off ice athletic performance (CLASS)

(Ages 8-18) Based on jump and speed this program has been developed to improve on ice performance. Training will be modified based on performance schedules to include flexibility/mobility on performance weeks.

F, Monthly, 6:00 to 7:00 p.m.

Hockey Players off ice athletic performance (CLASS)

(Ages 8-18) Based on speed training for sprinters this program has been developed to improve on ice performance.

F, Monthly, 6:00 to 7:00 p.m.
