Dear readers as I have experienced shoulder dislocation i would strongly recommend joint and shoulder workouts that can improve your mobility.When shoulder comes out of the socket first time is pretty hard to put it in the place and have to go visit a doctor.My first time putting back my shoulder in place was in the hospital,and after that my shoulder was made not to move for over a mount.Recovery was not easy and had to do lot of exercise and since i was riding snowboard i had 3 more shoulder dislocation and learned how to put it in the socket by my self.I decided to switch to skis,and in past 4 years no problems for me .
